Here’s something new and different for your Airsoft players in the Dallas, Texas area.   Though diligent work, we are proud to announce that we were able to establish a panel at the anime convention Project A-kon in Dallas (Details here) on the May 31 – June 2 weekend.  We plan to discuss the sport of Airsoft and its correlation with anime (Japanese animation for the uninitiated) as well as the general state of Airsoft in Texas.

This panel I intended to discuss the connection between Airsoft and anime and is NOT intended to be a platform to promote ANY Airsoft business or organizations.  Political debates are not welcome at the panel (don’t we have enough of that in the forums as it is?) and organizational propaganda flyers, recruiting drives and picketing are prohibited.

Cosplayers (anime, Airsoft and/or both) ARE very welcome and strongly encouraged!  However, do NOT bring your Airsoft to the panel, as it is strictly prohibited by the convention security as well as Dallas/Fort Worth police departments (replica laws are in place, people!)
