| Sorry about all of that. My friend gave me the wrong story and I was wrong, i didnt know that there was a difference between the online store and the retail store. Sorry again, i take back everything ive said previously. |

I received my order from Hotspot Airsoft last night. So far, I am very impressed with every aspect of dealing with this business.
Payment options: In addition to CC, they accept Paypal and money order; let me tell you that Paypal is something without which many online retailers would lose my business.
Timeliness: I ordered in the early morning on Sunday, and asked for the shipping discount as mentioned in an ASR ad. Although the automated transaction system charges a base shipping price, this fee was promptly refunded through Paypal. UPS received notification on Sunday, and the package was delivered to them on Monday evening. One day later, the package had arrived at my home in NJ. I'm also impressed with customer service: response times to my email inquiries were usually within 12 hours.
Good Practices: Confirmation emails are sent often to let you know of the status of the order. Also, everything was packaged very safely; I bought a UHC USP, a BB bottle, a speedloader, and a spare mag. Both mags came with a minimal charge of gas in them, which supposedly keeps the seals tight and prevents drying.
In conclusion, although the seller may sound somewhat boastful in several posts above, he really does provide excellent service (not to mention rather unbeatable prices; for example, $37 for the NBB USP).
I've ordered before from Atlanta, Evike, Shorty, and PowerEdgeUSA, but Hotspot is also very impressive. Despite a smaller selection of items (compared to, say, the gigantic Evike) I will definitely come back with future business. |
