we've got crazywhiteguy who just finished army basic. one of the mods, kornkob, he was also in the army, i also believe another member, raptor, i think he served (though i don't know which branch).
i was in army infantry training for most of the 14 weeks, but i was discharged because of an injury and this mystery sickness i came down with. i don't really believe i count as a veteran or anything. it's relevant to the thread though.
i've got two buddies in the USMC, one is in okinawa and the other is in iraq. i heard the other day that one of the guys i trained with is MIA in iraq as well. if you guys pray--pray for him. if you don't... at least hope for his safe return. |

When did you enlist? Are you still active?
My dad was over in Saudi during Desert Sheild/Storm. King Khalid Airport pulling SP duty for the Airforce. Went in in 79 and got out in 92, he has some stories.
Myself, I do DEP at the start of 06 then P.I. in 07 or 08 as an 0300. |

Not to offend anyone who has served in the U.S. Armed forces, but this is an airsoft forum and this subject is 'off topic'. No we do not, to a lot of people's dismay, have an 'Off Topic" forum (that's just the way it is), so this is locked.
