OPERATION: COLOMBIAN SNOW 24 hour
to be held at 3167 rt 20, Nassau, NY, 12123
Location: Two small towns approximately 40 miles west of Cali Colombia.
Situation: Two rival drug cartels, El Fuego de Juan, and los Diablo’s del sur have broken out in open conflict over farmland. These skirmishes are having a direct impact on the economics of the area. Local residents have been advised to evacuate immediately as there has been reports of mass murder. As a result this section has been declared a red zone. The Colombian military is currently extended to the breaking point and cannot supply peacekeeping forces to the area. It’s up to you to write the rest.
El Fuego De Juan: Until just recently they were the second biggest supplier to the United States from Colombia. Their past Leader Don Fernando was assassinated which is what increased hostilities to their breaking point. Don Fernando’s son has taken over the organization since his father’s downfall.
Objectives: Have more money than Los Diablo’s del Sur at end game.
Los Diablo’s del Sur: This organization has grown rapidly in the past five years. This is accredited to their brutality to local residents and willingness to do what it takes to win. They frequently chant for lord and money before they go into battle.
Objectives: Have more money than El Fuego de Juan at end game.
SF: There are rumors that there is an elite military force in the area carrying out a top-secret mission.
Objectives: TOP SECRET.
Mercenaries: With the announcement of a hot zone several mercenaries have entered the region looking for work. They can be recruited by anyone offering them money.
Objectives: Have the most amount of money out of the mercenaries.
American Business men: Although it is not known how they are so well connected they are a very valuable resource for cartels. If a mercenary is out of work they are looking to hire frequently. These men also have connections to intelligence agency’s from various countries. They can be identified by their cowboy hats.
Objectives: keep the economics of the area running and provide equipment.
Command posts: throughout the arena there are command posts from where people can respawn should their faction have control of it. You will be able to tell who has control of a command post based on whose flag appears at it. Faction leaders will have access to monetary funds with which they can use to speed up their respawns. Ordinarily at a command post a player must wait until there are 5 of his fellow faction members for them to respawn. However an officer can buy special shrines from the Americans that can reduce this number to 3 (Note: Shrines can be stolen by an enemy team, they can also be moved to another location if you wish). In order to capture a Command post a member of an opposing faction must change the flag ( Note: The Respawn at the home base cannot be taken).
Respawns: once a player has been killed they must place a white sock over their barrel and walk back to the nearest respawn held by the player’s faction (Note there are exceptions as I will discuss later). If a player has any money on them they must place it on the ground where they died. Once they have the right number of players they may respawn. Players have an unlimited number of respawns.
Kills: One-shot kills apply. If you sneak up on an unsuspecting enemy you may stealth kill them with a knife or, by tapping them with the tip of your gun and proclaiming them out. If a player is stealth killed this way they must lay and wait till the attacker moves on from their position. They then must return to their home base of operations (not the nearest command post). Remember dead people don’t talk.
Money: money can be used for several things. It can be used to bribe Mercenaries to do your bidding. It can be used to purchase special weapons, equipment, and air strikes! There are 2 ways to make money, first through the sale of cocaine, which can only be done by an officer. Secondly by killing other players in possession of money and taking it from their death spot. If you die and you are in possession of money, you must leave it where you were killed with you coke.
Cocaine: This is the main and best way for a cartel to make some money. You will need to transport coke from your drug processing lab to the Americans. You will receive one thousand dollars for every bag you deliver. If you die when carrying coke, you must leave it where you were killed with your money.
Special Equipment: Can be purchased from the Americans by a drug officer. There will be several ways for you to spend your money here to benefit your war. Note: If you are carrying any special equipment, and die then you must lay it down where you died (UNLESS you are specified by the Americans that you are not).
Officers: If you wish to become an officer you will be carrying several responsibilities, including management of your funds, directing troops, and making drug deals. The ratio of officers to peons will be about one for very 5.
Caution tape: Caution tape will be used to mark buildings that have been destroyed through air strikes. Anyone in a building at the time of the strike will be deemed killed and must return to a respawn point. You may not enter an area that has been marked off by caution tape.
Cheating: Cheating will not be tolerated in any form!!!!!! You have unlimited respawns and there is no reason to cheat. When in Doubt, You are out. For all you honest players out there I am sorry for having to put this in here.
Neutral zones: Certain areas on the map and field are neutral zones. If you want to come here to purchase equipment/ food you may. However you must reenter the red zone from where you came. Using the neutral zone illegally will result in pissing off the Americans. They have unlimited air strikes. And will no longer do dealings with your faction. It will take a huge Bribe to get relations going again!!!!!! |
