| yes i know, "why would you carry a full size AEG on you if you're sniping, right? Well, at my field, for a sniper rifle of my FPS (about 490 with .28's chronoed)you have a minimum engagement rule of about 80+ feet. So i need to carry my AK with me because i don't hav ethe money for an MP5K or anything and i need an AEG for closer firefights. 3 point slings don't work very well, at least mine doesn't (the UTG one) and 2 points swing over to my side. I need a way to carry it on my back while wearing a vest, so if anyone can find a way to use a three point or anything, i'm all ears. it will help tremendously. Thanks a lot guys for any ideas you may have |

| Try slinging it across the back on a two-point. I know you said you're averse to it, but sling it so that the rifle muzzle points up over your right hand shoulder, and tighten the sling all the way. it's really good for marches and heavy movement. |

| PlasticMag's got it right -- only other way to make it easier is to turn your AK into a Krinkoff -- would be awesome. |

| also put a cup for the stock/muzzle on oyu belt for the gun to rest in. one guy on my team does that and it seems to work for him fairly well. |

And the battery would go where?
Trust me. I've got the fullstock.. Cramming my 8.4 stick in the little cavity on top, is against the will of GOD. You could SIT on it, and it wouldn't shut. |

| hm...interesting, because i have absolutley no problem whatsoever getting the battery in. Oh and as for "where would the battery go" on the 47s (and all folding stock versions) the battery goes in the upper reciever. |

Your going to have a ton of trouble carrying an AK with you
My suggestion: The whole point of snipping is to stay concealed and far away from the enemy....dont even carry a secondary. Or, get some type of GBB pistol (you could even get a UHC USP or the new Y & P m9 for 30-40 dollars) |

| Get a rifle hunting sling from walmart of fred meyers or wherever, and throw it over your back. Those stay put real well, fairly in expensive too. |

| nah, i have no problem carrying it aorund now that i'm using plasticmag's idea. I do have a GBB but i can't use it when it's about oh....35-45 degrees out? And besides, i'm not a SNIPER per se, more of a sharpshooter. i just prefer bolt action rifles. |
