| Don't get any pattern if it doesn't match -- Khaki/tan or OD. |

| The basic colors - OD, coyote brown, and black - will pretty much go with anything unless drastically different. ACU is fairly green, so OD would go pretty well with it. The choice should also coincide with any future pattern colors (such as if you were going to get a desert loadout in the future or something along those lines). |

Three Color Desert/Woodland Interceptor by Guarder/G&P (Either is good).
Or get the ACU vest and get some real SDS ACU pouches for it (those cheap ones blow). I wouldn't worry about contrast or color difference, since the color/contrast of Nylon is going to be different from Cotton due to the fabric. |

New Gen ACU has a tan tint to it. |

black doesnt mix in nature very well... slightly in dark, but navy or grey is better.
Just so you know |

| www.recon-tactical.com The owner there is very helpful and often might have unlisted gear in most common patterns, including ACU |

Tan does look good with ACUs, mine did. Then I threw out my ACUs because they are'nt worth the material they're printed on. However, if you got all ACU gear, sometimes it looks stupid if you got a replica of one thing and a real thing, becasue sometimes they are slightly off.
I personally think that Coyote Tan goes well with everything, woodland and MARPAT, and the advantage with MARPAT is that you can look like a real Marine (considering they wear CT IBAs). |
