i finally decided on my budget i will go ahead and buy a LPEG and later as i get older (old enough to get a job) i will get a more expensive AEG, but im wonderin in gettin an LPEG instead of an AEG wat will i be missin out on and wat things wont i be able to do, i probably wont do to much scrimaging so mostly target practice which is another good reason for a cheaper gun. my choices and AK-47, M4, M5, or and M16 style gun. so wat am i missing in gettin a LPEG

~edit - VAGUE TOPIC TITLES: Topic titles need to give enough details so anyone can look at it and know EXACTLY what the subject is going to be about, or what the SPECIFIC question will be, WITHOUT having to waste potential time to go into the thread to figure this out. In other words there should be no guesswork. Titles like; "I have a question", "Which gun?", "Need help", "Super 9", "Which is better" (and the list goes on) are not acceptable. Typically the whole thread will be deleted if there is a Vague Topic Title. -rantng |

| Low FPS so you won't hit things as hard, little less range, less accuracy and less upgrading. Besides for FPS and accuracy a lpeg is a good gun to start with getting a aeg for target practice is useless. You may want to get a springer if your looking at becoming accurate. |

| Yeah, look at the reviews under the buying guide, they're very helpful. I'd avoid the CYMA G36 (no hop up), my favorites are the Double Eagle M4's and the newer BE Tech AUG. If you can, try a few out at a local airsoft store or from a friend. |

this is the LPEG that I purchased. If you dont have alot of money to spend this is the way to go to get started, but if you can afford it, get a real AEG. Trust me you wont regret it.
You can find this on airsplat.com. The retail there is around $50. But if you want to, you can check out ebay. They sell them real cheap, but the shipping is where they get you. |

| ^^^^ This is a good one, but for the same price you could get a Double Eagle or TM Boys M4, which are higher quality. This one's a CYMA, the scope is the hopper, and I'm not a fan of gravity fed guns. For about $50 you could get the AUG from me or from Airsplat.com and have a much more powerful and faster shooting gun. |

| i'd suggest you get the usp from shortyusa.com. thye charge the same, and i know for a fact that they replace broken magazines, which will be a problem with that model gas gun. they leak like crazy. other than that, two very good choices. especially impressive that you seem to have skipped over that 3 dollar chinese springer phase that so many of us go through. |

i read a couple of earlier post i made last year and people told me "u get wat u pay for" so i might just wait till i get a job (unless i just get tha rifle) i sent in a application at Kroger not to long ago hopin they'll call back, thats the second one i sent in. but i should think this through more instead of just jumpin to say wat can i get NOW, i need to be more patient but ill put all of ur comments into consideration when i completely decide, good lookin everyone. PEACE! |

| 11branger, yes the DE guns are much better than CYMA. they are magazine fed, not gravity, they have adjusatble hop-up, they shoot harder, more accurately and more reliably. plus, they look and feel better. |
