My XM8 is stuck on semi-auto. I broke the small plastic selector arm on the inside of the gun that connects to the black slider on the gearbox. Does anyone know where I can get a suitable replacement? I've heard that the plasic selector assembly can be switched out with a metal one? Is there any place where I can order one of these?

Check Dentrinity. Even if it isn't listed, they should be able to get it for you.

You should be able to use the Marui G36C one.

ive got a xm8 im parting out the fire selector gear i have are modified to work witht eh g36c metal gearbox and works with the stock box. anybody else needs parts let me know, ive got everything but the gearbox. this is parts from the gun in my od be xm8 v.1 review. contact me through my profiles email address.

the g36c parts may need modding. you will also need new left/right fire selectors.

the TM metal gears need significant modification to fit the XM8
i wouldnt do it without power tools
