| The objective
of this maneuver is to split the defending (blue) force and
use your superior numbers to destroy the split
opponent. It is very important you have superior
numbers in this maneuver, you are putting the burden of a 3
front battle on your force. X Stands for the front line
units, reserves where not shown in this diagram and instead
just grouped with the front line units. It is also important
to note the geography of the battle field for this maneuver
to work correctly.
Phase One: The attacking team
(red) will hit the center hard pushing the center of the
blue force back into itself. It is important that this
opening attack be done with a force that is superior in
numbers.
Phase Two: The left and right
flank of red will then assault the right and left flanks of
blue in a holding pattern. It is also their duty to assist
the center force as needed, the objective is to concentrate
the blue force so tight that it is difficult for them to
fight back, and to add to blue's problems is that fact that
they are no fighting a four front battle. Victory for
red. |
