OK, the gun I ordered was just handed over to the Customs Office. No news on the status of it, or if it was been siezed. Oh, also, it has the putty and orange barrel, so I'm not expecting it to be siezed. |

Hah, just as I expected. My gun arrived on January 12th, just many hours after posting that message. My guess is that the seizing was just temporary for the holiday season. |

Well .. TNT always ships to my house within 48 hours .. and its already almost the third day. I saw unusual behavior on their site while trying to track my order. However, as of now, it hasn't been "received" yet, which is very odd, it's 8 PM here and all orders come to me by 6 PM. I'm very concerned that the order may have been seized by customs, and it so happens to be my G&G GR25.
This is the first time I've got in problems with Customs, any one know what to do? Will I indeed get my money back or have the gun shipped to me quickly? |

i ordered a maruzen p99 nbb set from airsoft armory about 6 days ago, got the package on tuesday but nothing was in the box. apparently they didn't properly paint the gun since customs peeled it off and took it, along with the magazine and the silencer =/
after several emails i asked them if i could get a replacement... i'm currently waiting for their reply. |

We just had a gun seized, we believe, by customs. It was from RedWolf, and the plastic case was received with the gun, marked CLEAR.
It seems that customs kept the gun, and let the empty case go through. Tax dollars hard at work I guess.

Picture looks PhotoShopped, but I wouldn't put it past them. You would be supprised how much "contraband" ends up in the trunk of a government employee, local, state, or Fed.
My ex-brother-in-law was a cop and he kept a whole lot of the stuff he took from underage and irresponsible people. He must have the largest knife and BB gun collection I've ever seen. He even got some decent airsofts. He says it wasn't worth the paperwork to turn the stuff in.
The funny thing is, it's not even illegal. In his little juristiction, if the item is legal and not restricted, like a firearm, but was removed due to irresponsible behavior, the police officer can dispose of it by "whatever means they deem suitable" if it isn't claimed within 30 days. He would keep the stuff locked in his cruisers trunk until the time was up.

Just confirmed, the gun was confiscated, the empty case went through. Don't know if the gun was "acceptable" to the hardworing customs agent, or what.
Good thing red wolf is easy to deal with.

It's a fake article. The guy's face was added onto a screenshot of The Matrix. |
