hi, just looking around retailers and saw many sell barrel spacers for around $20. they supposedly support the barrel better. are they necessary? are they worth $20? plz feel free to express your opinions,

| Which rifle are you talking about? I can assume VSR. If so, you don't need them for a stock G-spec. Doubtful you'd need them for a pro sniper or real shock. Personally, I'd only get some if you are planning on getting one of the Laylax or Smokey outer barrels. |

| Second that. As my pro sniper, when using the factory hider, or a king arms -/- silencer adaptor both have o-ring to secure the tip of the barrel. Even without the hider, try moving the inner barrel with finger, it's pretty hard to move it already. |
