My girlfriend and I have been having problems for around 2 months now. We just kinda broke up. Soo she got a new " friend " She said the reason she isnt with me is because of airsoft. She told me to choose between her or airsoft. I have not yet made my decision or talked to her. Whats even more interesting is that her new " friend " airsofts!!!!
Point of story: If not controlled properly airsoft can really mess up your life. If you have the choice between buying a magazine for your pistol or taking your girlfriend to dinner, go with dinner. |

| Dude, no offense but this sounds like the problem has nothing to do with airsoft. If this new "friend" is more than a friend as you imply, and he airsofts, then problem does not lie with airsoft, but with other problems within your relationship. Once agian, no offense, but get this topic off the airsoft forums. It does not belong here. |

That is pathetic. Your girlfriend breaking up with you because of airsoft... But you do have to be pretty stupid to do something else then take her out to dinner. |

if the girl is willing to break up with you over airsoft you're better off without her, bro.
i explained airsoft to a girlfriend i had as such: asking me to get rid of these guns would be like me asking you to throw out your lipstick. would you do it? sh*t no. she understood and there were no airsoft-related problems after that. sure it (like all relationships) ended... but at least it wasn't over airsoft.
forget her... and then invite the new friend to a skirmish. get even with the sting of hundreds of plastic pellets. sure that may not be that gratifying--but lining up an ex-lover's lover in some iron sights and pulling the trigger... that sure is! all in good fun, right? |

| Amen to that, Atilla. As for the Girlfriend, unless you have been going out for 8 years and you already eloped, dump the guns and get her back, but if it's been 3 days, she's a control freak and you should have dumped her ass a long time ago. I actually was in your position (but without airsoft guns, something else), and I just went ballistic and dumped her. Best choice I made that year. |

Shoot her in the face with your newest airsoft gun and ask her what she thinks of YOUR new/special friend. Problem solved.
Damn I'm good at giving advice. |

REAL Point of story: Don't bother with silly girls that play games, it's not worth the trouble or time.
You need to get perspective on things, breaking up with some drama queen isn't going to ruin your life. |

| ask yourself if she is worth it. But if your not willing to give up airsoft just a little (i.e spend a little less), then you wount have money to spend on a girl, and you'll end up marryng your airsoft stuff. |

Dude..you're fifteen.
Also..fix your profile - long term relationship at 15? Don't take it personally..but c'mon man - you're not even out of high school yet!
Move on - there are better girls out there. There's no law saying you have to have a g/f - heck, look at me at 21.. |

There's no law saying you can't either.
Age shouldn't matter. If you feel an age group in unfit for relationships, it's probably based on individual experiences, or from how you view that certain age group. It all really boils down to maturity and how you handle things. And I'm sure you've met people older than you that can act an age much younger than you.

Ah, so I'm a lucky one! Mine doesn't really care. I shot her in the leg by accident once even, and she kind of got pissed (reasonably) but no big deal. And I'm pretty damn obsessed too.
Just dont neglect her dude, that would be a bad move. And if I had to choose between her and airsoft (although she wouldnt be the one to make me) it would have to be her. |

Lets look at the facts : Her new friend airsofts too She broke up with you because of airsoft
conclusion: maybe it was just you and nothing to do with airsoft |

Yeah that makes the most sense. It probably wasn't airsoft at all. Is this guy's gun bigger than yours? |

| If she is making you choose she obviously doesnt care about you too much. If she already has a new friend so quickly she probably doesnt really want to be your girlfriend anymore. |
